now i obviously know that games in the past have been bought..i don't think so here...but to watch tevez..a shear marksman put a ball over an empty net is ludicrous....toure at the end of the first half taps one wide off the keeper on the ground...shoulda been 2-0 right there....adebayor had the one legit scoring chance in the 2nd half stymied by the sun keeper(fantastic save mind you)...i mean city really dominated this game save maybe ten minutes at the start of the 2nd half...and then the capper...MIKE FUCKIN DEAN...do we have to call a penalty in every match we ref...u have become the twin nightmare to reffing alongside howard webb!!!,,,u won't even believe the call at the end of this game 4 minutes into extra time...as a city fan i am totally mesmerized rite now....the fact is, i knew it would be a tuff game u pat sunderland today...but to outplay a team and get jobbed at the end is outrageous..cheers

Can't be rigged in this game, Tevez just played bad, Adebayor isn't in form, et cetera. Guys make too much money to be getting paid off ;-)

It is just a letdown game, we just crushed Liverpool and probably took Sunderland for granted.

read my first line..i know the game wasn't rigged...and yeah carlos cost city the game..hands down..and the apache is my favorite player on the planet...was just a dreadful ending and u know there are people out there that either bet city or love city that are scratching their heads rite now...to be honest, i completely forgot david silva was on this team!!!...ade needs to move on for his own sanity...he is a decent player but there is no room for him on this team...mancini is gonna be lucky to make it to x-mas this year...did adam johnson get lost on the way to the stadium of light?....he was not to be found today...the two road performances in league so far have not been up to par on the level of what this team is capable of...and the thrashing of liverpool is no great shakes in my eyes due to liverpool not being LIVERPOOL anymore...

Just unlucky... Should have been up 3-0 in the first half when we were dominating the game.
2nd half did not play well.
If we had converted early, that penalty wouldn't have been mentioned.

I don't know. I think that we may still have one more signing left in this window quite possibly.
How did Tevez miss?

yeah i read everything imaginable..when it comes to gambling i try to get as much info as possible...and i have a relative living in the uk who feeds me a dearth of info u don't catch on the team website or soccernet....it's a shame that they are gonna lose shay....i was a lil shocked he gave hart the starters role...keeper is the one position where age is not a factor(van der saar, friedel)....hart makes me nervous at times...when all the health issues are resolved and the transfer window has come and gone we will see the real city team...tevez and balotelli up front will be very formidable...mancini needs to resolve the midfield issue though..yaya and dejong are the same player...was the same issue the dutch had in the wc with van bommel and dejong....the dutch made it work..now can city?...when kolarov comes back it will make a bit more sense for the dual defensive mids cuz he likes to swing up the wings ala ramos at real madrid....

After the first few games, now you know why Hart is the starter. He saved a point at White Hart Lane. It seems that Yaya is going forward more often, where as De Jong stays in a deep role just tackling the ones that get by. What I find amazing is that over half this summers signings are already in the trainers room?
But, why does Hart make you nervous? I was pushing for him to get the starters role originally.

saw hart live at the red bull arena this past summer when they played sporting...didn't like his carelessness with the ball handling.....and he doesn't have the vocal authority to rule over his defense....and that is huge...yesterday u saw it once again..a ball he punched away cuz of a defender backing into him should have been a routine handle...now, i am in no way saying he can't be or isn't for that fact a top flight goalie...his performance against spurs was mind boggling and personally didn't think he had that in him...i just hate seeing us give away given....i think i still can't get my head wrapped around yesterday's performance...even the bent pk was savable....looked like it slipped rite thru harts knees...the apache's miss over the crossbar is still stunning to me...we'll get it back...should be an interesting next 24hrs......

as for the rest of the team...if mancini decides to play a 4-4-2 with tevez and balotelli up front that leaves 4 mids to pick from yaya, nigel, milner, silva, adam, barry, swp, and viera...that's 8 guys....!!!i know it's a wealth of options but u gotta feed the kitty and keep'em happy...

True,True, but it will be an interesting deadline day. I really like Hart, he's an amazing keeper and think he is the best in the world.
